The detailed diversion plans cover major state highways and state routes across Connecticut. These are for emergency use only and modifications may be made.
Please note these plans are not emergency evacuation routes, rather, are being made available to assist local and state officials during short-term closures of less than three days.
Along with the plans is an implementation guide developed by the Greater Hartford TIM Coalition.
