The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG), in collaboration with the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG), Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (NECCOG) and Northwest Hills Council of Governments (NHCOG), intends to engage a qualified multidisciplinary team with specialties in hydrological assessments, natural hazard analysis, and developing hazard mitigation concepts and strategies. The selected firm/team will complete a vulnerability assessment and develop a resilience improvement plan for the non-coastal area of Connecticut.
